Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Kunz Engineering, we are committed to providing reliable shipping and delivery services to ensure that your orders reach you in a timely manner. Please review our shipping and delivery policy below for more information on how we handle your orders.

1. Processing Time

All equipment orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving payment, unless otherwise specified on the product page.  All parts orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment, unless otherwise specified on the product page.  Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

Online Parts Orders

We offer a variety of shipping options to accommodate our customers’ needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Online Equipment Orders

We offer LTL Truck Freight shipping service for all of our equipment. Shipping costs are flat rate and vary based on the product type.  Flat rate shipping fees will be added at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which can be used to track the status of your shipment.

4. Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address entered during checkout is accurate and complete. Kunz Engineering is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

5. Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We also may have shipping restrictions for certain countries or regions due to local laws or carrier limitations. Please contact us directly if you have concerns about shipping to your location.

6. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Kunz Engineering is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or customs processing.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

For equipment orders that have been delivered with LTL freight service, please inspect the crate for damage or missing items.  If there is minor damage or missing items, please inform the truck driver so that he can note the issues on the delivery receipt.  We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.  If there is major damage, please feel free to refuse the shipment and we will work as quickly as possible to ship a replacement item out.  For parts orders shipped with a package carrier, if your order arrives damaged or you believe an item is missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please retain all packaging and damaged items for inspection.

8. International Orders

For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, and any other charges may be assessed by the customs authority in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times for international shipments may also vary depending on the destination and customs processing times.
